There's a lot of webcam sites on the net these days and it can be a pain to find one that really delivers what you want, when you want it. The nice thing though is that all of them let you sign up for free so you can have a look around. Some of them even let you view x-rated videos and pictures with your free membership. Below I've done a bit of a live webcam review of some of the sites I have memberships to, what I like and don't like about them.
This is probably the biggest webcam site on the net these days with the absolute largest number of web cam girls available at anyone time. I probably spend the most time (and money) on this one than any other simply because I've found some girls that deliver what I want and they also have cool features like a reduced rate happy hour and theme weekends making it a lot of fun. In addition to that, they have special shows where some big name pornstars are live with you to interact with and many of them are online on a regular basis as well.
On the downside, their servers can have issues at times but I guess that comes with them being the biggest site around. In addition, you have to pay extra in order to watch some of the videos available but at least the pictures are free once you've signed up.
ImLive often has specials on where if you buy credits they give you some extra amount and/or happy hour credits as well which makes for a great deal. The other nice thing about the happy hour credits is that you can check out some of the girls to see if you like the way they are before you actually spend time and money on them in private.
One of my favorite performers is FreeLove22 (be sure to spend some time with her). I had spent some time with another girl on a different cam site but she's also on ImnLive with the name Fire34DFoxy. This girl has eyes that are to die for and she's very sensual.

This one used to be the top webcam site around but times change. They still have a ton of girls on the site and offer features like High Def video that no one else can get close to matching.
One of the worst decisions this site made was to allow the performers to have more than one screen name which means the same girl will be listed more than once. However, there is an option for a few bucks a month where you can get a listing that filters that out for you so it's not that bad.
A lot of the performers here have been around for a long time now and so you can be sure that they know how to give you what you want. The other great thing about this site is that, alongside the pics you can view for free, you can also view a lot of the videos for free! When it comes to the high def videos, you can download them to your computer to watch whenever you want but they have various writing and graphics on them. There is a trick though and once you've paid a fee so you can download the videos without those markings, you should be able to figure out how to download them without having pay a fee in the future.

This is another site I've spent quite a bit of time on but it just doesn't have as many performers as the top 2 I've mentioned. But there are some REALLY fine girls on this one and they have a large number of asian girls if you like that. Not as many performers as in some of the other niches and it can be a pain to filter out exactly what you're looking for.
On this site you can actually see a preview of the performer without even signing up. Once you have your free membership, you can view pics, watch and chat with the performers for free as well. For a low monthly fee you can get access to all the videos and there's some really good ones available.
As I said before, this site has some damn fine performers on it. It's on this site where I discovered FireFoxy (mentioned above in the ImLive live webcam review) and recently they've got such hot, well known babes as Sunny Leone performing as well!

This is one of the newer sites but they have some really hot girls on there. I haven't found much bad with this one other than a some what limited selection of girls in some of the niche areas. In addition, you pretty much have to pay a bit of money in order to do things. For example, for a low monthly fee you can get access to watch all the videos of the performers which isn't all that bad since there's a lot of them.
The nice thing though is that you can view the performers on their cam and chat with them with your free membership. It makes it a lot easier to see the way the girl is on cam so you can make a much more informed choice as to who you want to spend some private time with.

As far as actual per minute rates go, most of the sites are very similar and the typically offer lower prices when you buy more time. The reality though is that it all comes down to the girls themselves. So sign up for free at all the sites and spend some time finding the performers that really do it for you.
